Kathy is the founder and owner of Career Synergies. She has over fifteen years of executive search and career transition services experience. She has had the opportunity to review and critique thousands of resumes and is a frequent speaker and coach/counselor within the career transition community. Kathy is a Certified Resume Writer and volunteers considerable time to non-profit career transition groups.

Holland R. "Dutch" Earle

Prior to founding Executive Strategies in 1994, Dutch had over twenty years of progressive corporate human resources experience. His broad expertise as an executive, entrepreneur, coach and executive search consultant provides a deep understanding and appreciation for career transition. He is a recognized expert and sought-after speaker within the field.

Montyne Morris

Currently pursuing her master’s degree in professional writing, Montyne has over 25 years in human resources and over 12 years in executive search. She chooses the words and format that best represent you and your career.
